1. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

50% non-refundable deposits are required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 24 hours prior to the event.
Deposits can be applied to a future date if notice is given within an acceptable timeframe for rescheduling.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled date will receive a 50% refund of the total order value (minus payment processing fees).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date are completely non-refundable.

2. Order Modifications

We require at least 72 hours notice to accommodate changes to your board size or to reschedule your date.
Reductions in guest count or grazing table sizes made within 48 hours of the event cannot be refunded.

3. Food Safety & Liability

Perishable items (meats and cheeses) must be refrigerated within 2 hours of delivery and kept under 40°F (4°C) until consumption.
It's recommended that boards and tables be consumed within 4 hours for optimal freshness and disposed of if left at room temperature for over 4 hours.
Once the products are handed over or our team leaves the venue, we are not liable for food safety, spoilage, or illness.
Florida Heat Warning: Signature Bites is not responsible for product degradation, melting, or spoilage if items are stored or displayed outdoors, in direct sunlight, or in environments exceeding 75°F (24°C).

4. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

Cross-Contamination Disclaimer: Items are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
Allergy Disclaimer: While we do accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergy-free environment.
Clients are required to disclose all dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking and hold Signature Bites harmless if failed to do so.

5. Boards & Decor

To ensure a seamless experience, all Signature Bites decor and display boards are scheduled for retrieval within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate a specific pickup time and date with you prior to the event so it is fully arranged and convenient for both parties' schedules.
Please note that any damaged or missing event items will result in a charge to your credit card for the full replacement value.

6. Delivery & Setup

For grazing tables, a clean, safe, and accessible setup space at the venue is required to be provided at the time of delivery.
Signature Bites cannot assume responsibility for delays or product degradation if the client is unavailable at the designated delivery and setup time. In the event that no authorized individual is present to receive the order within 30 minutes, it will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
All provided delivery times are estimates only. We build a buffer into our schedule to ensure your order arrives as close to the projected time as possible. However, exact delivery times are not guaranteed.
Signature Bites is not liable for any delivery delays caused by external factors outside of our control. These include, but are not limited to: severe weather conditions, traffic congestion or road closures, and accidents or vehicle breakdowns.

7. Quality and Satisfaction

We take immense pride in our presentation and freshness. Please inspect all items thoroughly upon delivery. Signature Bites accepts no liability for damage due to improper handling or inadequate refrigeration once custody of the order has been transferred.

8. Substitutions

Charcuterie depends heavily on seasonal availability. Signature Bites reserves the right to substitute cheeses, fruits, or meats with items of equal or greater value without notice. Photo descriptions serve as a guide.

9. Photography & Media Rights

By engaging in our services, the client grants Signature Bites the right to capture, utilize, and publish photographs and video recordings of the custom grazing tables and displays created for the event. These materials may be used for promotional, portfolio, and marketing purposes across social media, websites, and print media without further compensation or prior notification to the client. We will remain respectful of guest privacy and focus images strictly on the food artistry and presentation layouts.
